There's no such thing as a dumb question, and many people ask the same questions, or focus on the same subject. Why not check out answers to these Frequently Asked Questions to see if an issue you're having has already been addressed? Why can't you guys just use the information from the other registry sites so we don't have to register them all over again with you?

One of our goals is to help eliminate the inactive rooms. We only register rooms that have been active in the past 30-45 days. Anything past this we will not register until we have seen a completed tour done in this room. We do however, send you a message giving you the opportunity to run a tour in that room prior to allowing anyone else to register it. This is one of many ways we are different from all other registry sites.

Why do you only go back in calendar 30 days?

In order to keep your registration active you must use room at least 1x every 30 days. if a league has registered rights to a room, they must actively use the room by hosting in it.

I actively use the room, why did I get denied?

Another league has the room registered for a date earlier than the one showing in your league's calendar, or an improper or incomplete registration request submitted. If you're unsure about this outcome, please contact us for assistance.

Do you take donations?

We do not accept donations, we don't believe in holding our hand out for a free service. We do, however, have an advertising program that would allow you to advertise your league, business, whatever on one or more pages on our site at many affordable rates, suited to your needs and budget. There is another league listed in our rooom, but we had it first.

As there is no way to search the calendar back as far as needed at times, we will then go by another registry site's listing. If it isn't consistent, the one registered with the majority of the registry sites will get the room.

What if a league says they share with us but they don't?

We will always check with you if your listing doesn't say you shared with that person when registering.

I was registered in room and now I'm not, what happened?

If you were inactive for more than 30 days in a room it may have been unregistered to your league. Before we do this we will contact you and give you a time period to run a tour in that room before removing you.

Our HA or contact information changed, how do I get that changed in the listing?

Just contact us with the new information. Once we verify with league page we will make the changes and notify you when finished

Why do some rooms take longer than others to get approved?

Sometimes we may need more information to complete, have to check with league about share, or waiting for tour to be completed prior to approval.

I can't find the code to add the TKO logo to my website. How can I get that?

The TKO logo code comes at the bottom of every approval email. If you accidentally missed or deleted that message, here's the code for both dark-themed and light-themed sites. You're free to use either one or both, as long as the links are kept intact please.
